To secure certification, the product must survive a battery of "Stress Tests." My experience shows these three are the most critical:

• Discharge Performance: Verification of the rated Ampere-hour (Ah) capacity.
• Environmental Endurance: Water loss tests and charge retention at elevated temperatures.
• Life Cycle Assessment: Repeated charging/discharging cycles to simulate years of field use.

Testing must be conducted in a laboratory recognized by the Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) and accredited by NABL (National Accreditation Board for Testing and Calibration Laboratories). Without an NABL-stamped report, the data holds no weight for legal compliance in India.
